2020 District Conference

The Rotary District 60460 Conference is an opportunity to sharpen our thinking and enhance our knowledge on how to serve in our communities and around the world. It’s a time to dream big dreams that will inspire service and action, and to relax and enjoy Rotary fellowship and camaraderie. 

 

It will be an exciting event featuring great speakers and training opportunities for club committee chairs and members.  Whether you are an officer, committee chair or club member there will be powerful content for you. 

 

Addressing the current health care challenge:  

 

The health and welfare of our members and their families is the most important consideration in planning this event. For that reason, we are considering making portions of the event “virtual” and available to our members who are concerned about meeting with others and should not attend an in-person event.   We are monitoring recommendations from the state of Missouri and the United States Centers for Disease Control with regard to meeting size and social distancing requirements. We intend to support social distancing in setting up our meeting spaces and to make masks available for those who request them. If it becomes necessary to cancel the in-person event at Margaritaville we will issue refunds to all who have registered.  

 

Please note that in the event the in-person conference needs to be cancelled, we will move forward with the virtual event.   

  

Whichever format you choose to attend you can be assured of a great Rotary event – packed with excellent training opportunities, inspiring content and heartfelt fellowship – designed to equip you for ongoing service.
